Can I ask you something ?
Have you ever felt like you’ve lost a piece of yourself, just a little bit, at first~ and then, before you even realised it, more pieces slipped away?
And one day, you find yourself in this strange, foreign space, wondering how you ended up here. You feel fragmented, like you’ve completely lost a sense of yourself..
You might even think to yourself “am I crazy for feeling or thinking this way” ?
Let me tell you, you are not. even if it has felt like that at times. That lost, untethered feeling ? It’s not a sign of failure or insanity. It’s something so many of us go through, and we sure don’t talk about it enough.
The thing is, what hardly anyone would tell you is that, what you are going through~ is the beginning of something deeper, something sacred. This is the awakening of your sacred self.
Now, I could dive into my own story- owh... there’s plenty to share- from discovering that my body is conduit of energy to realising my purpose(s) in this lifetime.
But this isn’t about that right now.
It’s about you. And where you are. Because we can no longer deny, that we’re living in a time where it feels like there’s a constant tug-of-war, isn’t it ?
Between gender roles, between expectations, between ideals, between identities, between belief systems. Gosh , and as women, we’ve been carrying this weight for so darn long.
Maybe you feel like you are floating in zero gravity. Or maybe you feel like as if you are about to fall the edge of the highest building anyone could imagine. Perhaps you feel like as if you drowning yet you are still breathing.
Worst, you woke up one day, to no longer recognising the person that you used to know~ the one sprawling his gigantic arms and legs, lying next to you in bed.
You look at the mirror and think “ who the hell am I ?”
You walk into your office and think “what the hell am I doing here ?”
You meet your family and think “I am them ? They are me ?”
Wait, what ?
Whatever it may feel or look like, you know you are just searching for something. You can feel the pull, although you are unsure of what it is.
And that something ? The pull …? Is your your sacred self; your truth, however it may look like or feel right to you.
Let me tell you this again, there’s nothing wrong with you. You haven’t lost your way. You’re just in the middle of rediscovering her.
She has been there being so loyal, waiting for you to remember her. For you to be who you were birthed to be~ what was written in the stars for you. Because you know, it was you who wrote it before you chose to be here and be a part of this human experience.
I want to clarify something, though, because it’s important. Reconnecting with your sacred self isn’t about painting the town red or chasing fleeting pleasures.
It’s not about rebelling against the natural order of things, the laws of the Universe. In fact, it’s the opposite. It’s about aligning so deeply with the Universe that you can feel it moving through you—as above, so below.
It’s about finding the tune and tempo, the dance of your own rhythm between yin and yang, where all parts of you~ the light and the shadows~ come together and exist as one.
You see, every one of us carries a unique energetic expression, an imprint that’s entirely our own. It’s your sacred expression~ your thoughts and cognitive processes, how you process your feelings, what you value, your actions~ all of it forms the energetic blueprint that makes you who you are. And the most beautiful part ?
It’s yours alone. No one else can replicate it. And that is why you are unique. We all are.
That’s why your path might not look like anyone else’s. Maybe it doesn’t even look like the path you thought you’d be walking. And that’s perfectly fine.
Life has a funny way of unraveling and unfolding in ways we can’t predict, doesn’t it ?
But even when it feels messy, even when it feels like nothing is going as planned. One thing you have to remember is that, it’s always working for you, not against you.
So, if your journey feels unconventional, or if it feels like you’re taking the road less traveled, let me tell you something important: there’s no shame in that. There’s no guilt in being different. Your path doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s to be valid, meaningful, or sacred.
You are exactly where you’re meant to be. And you’re not lost~ you’re just, awakening. You’re unfolding into the truest, most sacred version of yourself. Some times its, messy, it’s raw, and in that is the beauty,
So let’s walk this path together. Let’s explore what it means to truly rise into your sacred self.
You’ve got this, and I’m here with you every step of the way.
xx
