Sound Bath is a deep relaxation experience in a lying down position where one is basked in the sound waves of high frequency sound instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls and Koshi Chimes.

It is based on the principal of “sympathetic resonance” where it allows our brainwaves to vibrate in harmony and match its rate of frequency in other words, brainwave entrainment.

It induces deep relaxation that brings one into an altered state of consciousness which triggers the bodies healing response.
