Not only it helped me improve my focus...it also helped unearth my long suppressed grief of losing my childhood safe place ...It was cathartic, and freeing in a way that I have not felt for a long time.

Two years ago, I was faced with consecutive loss and devastating family issue that unmoored me. At the time, I was already doing psychotherapy but needed reinforcement to center myself as I was processing the grief.

 

I was recommended the Sound therapy (Sound Bath + Hypnosis) by a friend to calm my anxiety. Miza was a calming and anchoring therapist, and it helped me regain myself.

 

A couple of months later, I started hypnotherapy with Miza to help improve my focus. Not only it helped me improve my focus, after a couple of sessions, it also helped unearth my long supressed grief of losing my childhood safe place that I had to bury to survive difficult periods in my life.

 

It was cathartic, and freeing in a way that I have not felt for a long time. It helped healed me in a way that made me more able to process challenges and stress in my every day life. Highly recommended.

My first session with Miza was extremely impactful and insightful. It was a hypnotherapy group workshop where we had to do a bit of journaling followed by a hypnosis + sound session. At the start of a session you'll have a long conversation about what's going on in your life. What you'll really value most is that Miza will actually listen, refraining from imposing anything onto your train of thought and will instead continue asking questions to fully understand what you're going through.

Afterwards you close your eyes and let her guide you while occasionally being prompted to describe what you see, whether you fall asleep or you're lucid doesn't matter. Now you may think that she'll magically solve everything chaotic in your head with some fancy words but you'll find that in this relaxed state, you're actually speaking to yourself and learning once again how to confront life's problems on your own!

I started hypnotherapy sessions with Miza in late 2021 and had since completed close to 8 sessions with her. Miza' workshop has brought attention to questions i needed to answer but never thought about before. She is well prepared and very open to answer your concern & questions after.

 

The session itself was pleasant but since i'm a light sleeper, and on that day i did the therapy next to a person who snore very loudly therefore i felt slightly disturbed. However you could also opt for one to one therapy to avoid that. Overall a recommended workshop, Miza's special oil blend is really comforting too !

I have been struggling with sleep issues for as long as I can remember. I have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep during the night. My sleep is usually very restless and peppered with nightmares.

 

Miza's hypnotherapy sessions have helped me fall asleep easier and reduced my waking times and nightmares. It is still a work in progress, but I'm ecstatic with our achievement thus far.
