Miza's yoga class is beginners friendly ! I like how she guides on the breathing and focus, it helps to slowly calm the wavelength of your mind, letting it set to focus on within. Poses are simple to follow. My first ever yoga classes that I actually felt like doing the savasana, I was at ease (as for my mild lordosis).

I think the best word to describe Miza's yoga class would be "energising". I always get a reallllyyy good stretch & I love how she makes us hold it much longer than I ever could if I were self-practicing. It's tough during the poses but it feels like I just woke up from the best nap after savasana.

I have great yoga time with Miza, I feel my body gets a good deep stretch and I sweat a lot too. She is very engaging and friendly. Overall, it is a very nice workout. Looking forward to more classes.
